1. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to firmngin are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly and annual subscription plans, add-on features, and any other recurring or one-time payments made through the platform.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial months of service
• Unused portions of a subscription period
• Downgrades made during an active billing cycle
• Early termination of service
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service

2. Why No Refunds?

Our subscription model allows us to provide reliable infrastructure, continuous development, and dedicated support to all users. Subscription fees cover operational costs including server hosting, MQTT broker infrastructure, database management, and ongoing platform improvements that are incurred regardless of individual usage levels.

3. Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier or be suspended depending on your plan.

4. Exceptions

The only exception to this no-refund policy is in cases of proven billing errors, such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts billed due to a system error. In such cases, we will correct the error and issue a refund for the erroneous amount only.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, your account and access to the Service may be immediately suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and pursue collection of any amounts owed.
