yes. every account gets a monthly free allowance covering a number of devices and messages. usage beyond that is charged from a prepaid usd credit balance, so you only pay for what you actually run.

each billable feature has a unit price — a price per device per month and a price per 1,000 messages. the rates shown on this page are the rates the billing engine applies, never a separate estimate. devices are charged for the full month in advance; messages are charged as they are used.

a message is counted when it is delivered to a subscriber, not when it is published. one message delivered to three subscribers counts as three messages, because that is three deliveries. retries of the same delivery count once, and rejected or undelivered messages are not counted.

the free allowance resets at the start of each period and unused allowance does not carry over. credit you have paid for does not expire and stays on your balance until it is used.

usage inside the free allowance keeps working. once the allowance and the balance are both exhausted, the affected features are switched to read-only after a grace period until you top up. your data and devices are not deleted.

no. firmngin is not a payment gateway. we use licensed payment gateway services (PJP Kategori Izin 1) authorized by Bank Indonesia to create, process, and accept payments.
