Only approved live merchants can process real transactions. Test/debug merchants are for setup and should not be used for real customer payments.

Required information

The live request form asks for:
  • Merchant name and public merchant address.
  • Person in charge (PIC) name and phone number.
  • Identity photo, such as KTP/SIM.
  • Selfie photo with the identity card.
  • Business type: individual or company.
  • Company name and NIB for company merchants.
  • Registered business address, including province, city, district, subdistrict, and postal code.
  • Business description and a demo video link that shows how the product or IoT service works.

Review result

After submission, the review team may approve the request, reject it, or ask for revisions. A revision request means the merchant needs to update or complete the submitted information before the review can continue.

Review time

Review time depends on submission completeness and the current review queue. It typically takes about 2-3 business days.
