Get started

In the Firmngin dashboard, open AI Agents, then configure the agent for your workspace:
  • Choose a model
  • Set instructions
  • Grant tool permissions
  • Connect messaging channels such as Telegram or Discord
Your plan must include AI credits, and your workspace must have enough remaining credit balance to run agent requests.

How credit billing works

Firmngin charges flat AI credits per successful agent request, not per token. Token counts may still be recorded for analytics and usage history. Customer billing for AI Agents uses the flat credit amount only.

Credit cost by model

Credits are shown next to each model in the agent chat model selector. Current rates:
Prefer lower-credit models for routine monitoring and troubleshooting. Use higher-credit models when you need stronger reasoning or longer complex workflows.

Insufficient credits

If the workspace does not have enough AI credits for the selected model, Firmngin rejects the request and does not complete the agent turn. To continue:
  1. Check your remaining AI credit balance in the dashboard.
  2. Buy more AI credits, or wait for included plan credits to renew.
  3. Or switch to a model with a lower credit cost.
