Get started

In the Firmngin dashboard, open AI Agents, then configure the agent for your workspace:
  • Choose a model
  • Set instructions
  • Grant tool permissions
  • Connect messaging channels such as Telegram or Discord
Your plan must include AI credits, and your workspace must have enough remaining credit balance to run agent requests.

How credit billing works

Firmngin charges flat AI credits per successful agent request, not per token.
  • Each message you send to the agent costs a flat number of credits, based on the model you choose.
  • Follow-up steps the agent takes to answer that same message are free.
  • If a request fails, no credits are deducted.

Credit cost by model

Each model uses a different amount of credits per request. You can see the cost next to each model in the agent chat model selector, and the full list on the AI model pricing section of our website.
Use lighter models for routine monitoring and troubleshooting, and stronger models for complex tasks.

Insufficient credits

If the workspace does not have enough AI credits for the selected model, Firmngin rejects the request and does not complete the agent turn. To continue:
  1. Check your remaining AI credit balance in the dashboard.
  2. Buy more AI credits, or wait for included plan credits to renew.
  3. Or switch to a model with a lower credit cost.
