Payouts move your merchant’s settled balance to a supported bank account or e-wallet. Only the available settled balance can be withdrawn.
The minimum payout amount shown by the current dashboard is IDR 20,000. Available channels and processing behavior can depend on the active payout configuration.

Before you create a payout

Confirm that:
  • Your merchant has an available settled balance.
  • The withdrawal amount does not exceed that balance.
  • The amount is at least IDR 20,000.
  • You have added and selected a valid payout account when direct payout mode is active.
Pending payments do not become available for withdrawal until settlement completes.

Direct payout

Direct payout sends the selected amount to a saved payout account.
1

Open Payout

Open Monetization, select the merchant, and open Payout.
2

Add a destination account

Add a supported bank account or e-wallet. For e-wallet accounts, use a mobile number beginning with 08.
3

Enter the amount

Enter an amount between IDR 20,000 and the available settled balance.
4

Submit the withdrawal

Select the destination account and submit the payout. The dashboard shows the reference and current payout status.
The dashboard currently describes direct payout processing as 1-2 business days. Provider processing and bank availability can affect the final completion time. Some deployments use payout link mode instead of a saved destination account. In this mode, Firmngin creates a payout link and sends it to the merchant’s registered email address. The recipient opens the link and completes the required payout details. Pending payout links can be cancelled from the dashboard.
Treat payout links as sensitive financial links. Share them only with the intended recipient.

Payout history

Use payout history to review the amount, destination or payout link, reference, timestamps, and current status. You can search and filter payout records from the merchant transaction view.

How payouts relate to orders

Prepaid and postpaid define when a customer pays for a connected service. Payout is the later merchant settlement step.
  • Prepaid collects the customer payment before service use.
  • Postpaid calculates the final bill from measured usage or duration.
  • Payout withdraws the resulting settled merchant balance.
